We Believe Every Church Is Unique

Scripture describes local churches by using the metaphor of a physical body. (c.f. 1 Cor. 12:12-14) This implies that each church will be different and have a unique personality in how they function, interact, and care for one another. Our approach seeks to discover these unique characteristics in order to determine the most appropriate and effective path your church should take during a challenging leadership transition.

We Want to Get to Know You

We recognize that in order to effectively help you, we must get to know you! This is not accomplished by a quick phone call or a simple discussion. Like any complex or challenging situation, a broad and specific understanding of the issue will be required in order to move forward in a productive way. We use the following assessment tools in order to accomplish this task:

Standard Leadership Tests (e.g. Disc Profile, StrengthsFinder, Enneaugram, etc.)

We believe any solution to a church leadership transitions should be both specific and biblical. Otherwise, there is a risk of generalizing or making unspiritual decisions yielding little progress. Therefore, we will provide your church with the following:

A Biblical “Next Steps” Plan (To Move the Church Toward Health & Stability)

A Reassessment Process (To Measure Progress Along the Way)
